A: Absolutely! We have trained and certified staff to help you with almost any question you may have. We know diagnosing a broken TV can be tricky at times, that’s why our emails are answered by trained and certified technicians who can help you determine if the replacement part you’re interested in is the solution to your TV troubles. Our emails are also answered by our web support team to help you with any troubles or questions you have about shipping, payment or anything else!
Q: Do you offer discounts to repair shops?
A: Yes! Repair shops may be eligible for special pricing on all parts available. If you’re a repair shop and interested in repair shop pricing, get in contact with us through email to obtain a unique discount code for your shop. This code can be used anytime at checkout to receive a discount repair shop price.
Q: Do you price match?
A: Yes! Price matching is done on a case by case basis, just e-mail us the link to the product you're interested in and we'll get back to you shortly!
Q: Where do you get your parts?
A: Our parts are harvested from new TVs that had experienced screen damage when being shipped. All parts are in 100% working order and harvested by certified technicians.
Q: Do I need a customer account to order?
A: No. If you don't feel the need to register, just use guest check out when confirming your order.
Q: How long does it take for you to reply to an e-mail?
A: On business days between the hours of 8-5pm we have an average wait time of just 30 minutes to reply to e-mails.
