The following information will disclose how EH Parts collects and uses information given to us by our customers.
Information Collection
When using EH Parts the following information may be asked of you:
- Name, e-mail address, phone number for the purpose of contacting you
- Credit card information, billing and shipping addresses for fulfilling and shipping your order
- Username and password for your own EH Parts customer account
Information Storage
Based on the information that you supply us, EH Parts may generate and store a user account in your name and / or an invoice for an order you have made. These records contain information you have supplied to us except for credit card information which is not stored. All information that is stored is done so encrypted and secured using secure sockets layer technology.
Information Use
Information collected and stored is used to process, complete, and ship your order. We use your supplied e-mail address to send you confirmation of your shipped product (including tracking number). We will also use your e-mail to send you any updates regarding the status of your order. We may also use this e-mail to respond to any requests you have contacted EH Parts about regarding your order. Once your order is complete we store only the information you see on your invoice in our encrypted database to ensure any future inquiries about your order can be fulfilled in a timely manner.
Information Sharing
We will not share or sell your information with any third party. Information will only be shared if it is required by law, if we are required to do so to protect our own rights, if we must investigation fraud, or at a request of the government. Information may be shared to another party only within the above guidelines or at your consent.
Information Removal
You may contact us at any time to request the removal of your information from our database for any reason you see fit. E-mail eh@ehservice.ca and request a complete removal of your information from our database and you will be notified once your request has been completed.
Web Site Security
We use various security features such as SSL technology to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information and payment information. We do not store any payment or sensitive information on our web servers. All credit cards are processed by authorized payment servers independent of our own web servers to ensure the privacy of your information. No EH Parts employee can view your credit card or other payment information.
