EHParts.com reserves the right to reverse any orders which contain incorrect information which may have been caused by website malfunction, pricing errors, or non-authorized modifications. Orders placed before 5pm will be processed and and e-mail will be sent to the address provided by the customer notifying them of their recent purchase. 


Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped same day and the customer will be e-mailed a notification that their item was shipped. The e-mail will also contain a tracking number to track the incoming package. Parts which have been lost due to the customer entering an incorrect shipping address are not the responsibility of EH Parts and customers are advised to contact their local postage company to attempt to remedy the situation. 


All parts have a 30-day warranty. Any part which malfunctions within this 30 day period are eligible for replacement or refund. Parts outside this 30 day period are cannot be returned. Parts which have malfunctioned as a result of the customers actions are not covered under this 30-day warranty.


All returns MUST request an RMA before returns can be accepted. Items which are returned within 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Parts cannot be returned post-30 days.
